Nigel Bowrey
Nigel has extensive knowledge and experience of the Isle of Man’s finance sector gained during a period of involvement in the local insurance industry since 1991, prior to which he enjoyed a successful career as a syndicate Underwriter at Lloyd’s of London, is a past Chairman of the Lloyd’s life insurance sub-committee and remains an Underwriting Member of the Society. Nigel also served on various company boards in executive and non-executive capacities, both in the Isle of Man and the UK. He has been active in providing management consulting, staff training and underwriting support services in the finance sector since 2002.
Nigel sits on the board as Non-Executive Chairman providing independent views on strategy, performance and risk in relation to the Company’s strategic development, corporate governance and operations.
